The 8D move starts with a source map: each machine label, each ~/.claude/projects folder, and each ~/.codex/sessions folder. Confirm that map before Claude writes anything. 10 minThe skill preserves raw source logs in L3, writes the L2 Chain of Density Card Catalog Layer (Card Catalog Layer for short), writes L1 waypoints, and keeps machine labels attached so you can tell where each memory came from.
Validate the Morning Brief feed
3 minThe 8D build writes the same reports/Agent-Conversations-<date>.json feed as the 4D build, then validates it against the department-report contract so the S5 Morning Brief can consume it without changing the synthesizer.
