More detail: Build your proof page
Optional reading for this lesson. Everything you must do or decide is in the lesson.
This page goes with the Week 4 lesson Build your proof page (course/workforce/week4/lessons/anw-w4-l11.md). You don't need it to finish the lesson. Read it when you want the longer version.
What each line reads
| Line | Read from |
|---|---|
| Before, and now | Your before-number (the starting point in your Week 3 design, or your own dated estimate) and your timings now, both saved by the Professor in your course progress note |
| How much went out without edits | What you changed in each draft before you approved it, from your review and send records |
| You and Evy agree | The counting script's result, agreement.json in your team's folder |
| Golden set | The latest rerun's before and after table |
| What changed, and why | The change record's write-ups, with your own words for why |
Numbers come from records, never from an agent
Your Chief writes the words around the numbers. It never types, rounds or estimates a number. Each number names the record it came from, so you, or anyone you show it to, can check it. A line with no record says "no record yet".
More than one team
Ask for one page per team, or one page for every team. With every team, each line shows each team separately: the numbers are never added together.
The PDF
When you say the page is right, your Chief prints it as a one-page PDF and saves it in your workbench. It's yours. Nothing is sent or posted. If the PDF tool isn't available on your computer, print the page from your app instead.
Keeping it current
Run the lesson again any time. A new page reads your records as they are then, and the old PDF stays as it was.
