Welcome to Agent Workforce
What am I about to do for four weeks, and what will I have at the end?
You finished Essentials with a workbench and experience giving an agent a job. Agent Workforce builds on that foundation in the same workspace.
Over four weeks, you'll work inside a supplied agent organization, adapt it to your work, build a department, and check whether its results are useful. You begin with something you can inspect rather than a blank folder.
A request may need facts, a draft, a review, and your decision. Separating those responsibilities makes it easier to see what happened and where a correction belongs.
This welcome is a reading page. Nothing needs to run here.
How you'll learn
Read the lesson in the LMS, then work alongside your agents in Claude Code or Codex.
The course content explains the purpose, shows an example, and takes you through the activity.
Your local organization does the supported work; you inspect the result and make the decisions.
The Professor helps you understand. Chief of Staff coordinates jobs.

If setup is stuck, bring the exact message or a permitted screenshot. Your cohort and staffed support sessions are also there to help; use the current course schedule for times and links.
The four weeks
Text alternative: a stack of six blocks read from the bottom up. At the base, You finished Essentials. Then 1. Meet and guide your organization: Run a first job, inspect what shaped it, introduce approved information, personalize Chief, review the charter, and compare with your starting picture; 2. Make the organization work your way: Build usable context from approved sources, adapt writing for an audience, and correct a specific problem; 3. Build a department for useful work: Choose a recurring job, map its steps, design the required roles and methods, and inspect a complete run; 4. Check, improve and reuse the work: Judge results before consulting an evaluator, investigate disagreements, measure useful improvements, and try the method on a different job. On top, Your own agent organization.
What carries forward from Essentials
- Your workbenchStill the home of your work.
- SkillsStill methods you can reuse.
- Approved contextStill matters.
- Checkpoints and saved workHelp you pick up after a break.
The new part is coordinating responsibilities across an organization:
The course includes a broader organization design. The installed Week 1 roster focuses on the agents needed first. Orientation will distinguish the supplied design from the roles actually available in your edition.
Your part
You choose the goal, decide what may be shared, read what comes back, and approve consequential actions. The Professor can help you practise a judgment; it doesn't supply that judgment for you.
You can use permitted work of your own or the supplied fictional examples. Both let you practise the same skills. You don't have to disclose private material to complete an exercise.
The rhythm of the course
- Core modules come firstWork through them in order because later activities reuse earlier work.
- The Implementation GuideThe path for applying this in another organization.
- Bonus materialOptional examples and tools. It doesn't replace the core practice.
Live sessions and support sit alongside those paths. Tyler's demonstrations show how the ideas can work in an experienced user's setup; your lessons use bounded activities in your own installed organization.
Before you move on
You're done here when these are true.
- WhereYou know where the reading happens, where the work happens, and which decisions stay yours.
- WhyYou can describe the purpose of the four weeks.
- WhichYou can distinguish core work from optional material.
