Four weeks. Your first team, then your org.
Four weeks, live. Set up on Monday, then your first team, then the org around it.
Four weeks. Your first team,
then your org.
Four weeks. 21 modules, 52 lessons. You work inside an agent organization that already exists: 20 agents, each one met the first time it works and each with one job, a Chief of Staff you talk to first, a reviewer who checks the work. It lands in the workbench you built in Essentials. You learn it by using it, then you build a department of your own inside it.
Agent Workforce opens Monday, November 2.Until then, work through Agent Native Essentials, our free program, and run its installer in lesson 3. Week 0 and Week 1 open together at Monday's live session.

Open →Complete the required orientation in your existing Essentials workbench before the first job. See the five pieces and the organization: twenty job descriptions, including the Executive Office, and eight of them working as agents from day one. Across nine lessons, use approved context, hire and hear your Chief of Staff, adopt a reviewed full charter and compare actual work. Keep your own decisions and missing returns visible; reading or copying a prompt doesn't complete practice. Optional client or team application: name the other company's decision-maker, priorities, approved context and authority boundary beside the work you already have.
An organization that works from your work, not from general knowledge. You’ll finish with reviewed knowledge in Cairns, an approved procedure for one recurring process, and a fresh task showing how your organization uses it. You can follow its references back to the original sources.
A working email team on your own inbox, a second team you designed yourself, the method to design the next one, and your observational eval notes on every team.
A rule sheet for your team, an evaluator that grades the way you do, one problem fixed and proven, golden examples, a golden set with regression tests, a daily check across every team, a dashboard to see it all, and a one-page proof of what your organization does now.
